Colour and NIR imaging with Digital Camera DP23M

Monochrome Industrial Microscope Camera
Visible to Near-Infrared Imaging

The DP23M 6.4-megapixel digital microscope camera has a spectral response from visible light up to 1000 nm, making it ideal for near-infrared (IR) imaging. The camera is also equipped to provide dependable, high-quality gray scale and infrared microscopy images.

Near-Infrared Imaging

The DP23M camera’s broad spectral response from 400 nm up to 1000 nm makes it ideal for near-IR imaging.

b.) IR image 5x (BP1100 nm filter)
c.) Cropped detail 20x IR
d.) Cropped detail 20x IR with DCE filtering

Speed and Resolution for Industrial Inspection

The camera’s 3.088 × 2.076-megapixel, backside illuminated CMOS sensor delivers sensitivity and resolution, enabling you to capture small, subtle details under challenging lighting conditions or with dimly lit samples.

Detailed Images Regardless of Imaging Conditions

The camera supports Olympus Smart Image Averaging (OSIA) active noise reduction technology, enabling you to capture clean and virtually noise-free images. OSIA works in live mode without reducing the frame rate or introducing artifacts and without the need for active sensor cooling. This powerful technology helps you capture your sample’s details regardless of imaging conditions and makes the camera suitable for many applications that traditionally required cooled cameras.
